Shirley is a business leader with a strong foundation in human resources management, labor law, job architecture, and manufacturing operations, bringing over a decade of experience in building and optimizing teams, streamlining business functions, and driving organizational results.
President & General Manager
Dimitri Pepe
A dynamic and results-driven leader with over a decade of global experience in operations and business management across manufacturing, aerospace, and construction industries. As Co-President and General Manager of PAMECO Hawaii, Dimitri specializes in driving operational excellence, streamlining supply chain processes, and implementing strategic growth initiatives.
Previously, he held leadership roles at Boeing where he led large teams, optimized production workflows, and implemented data-driven solutions that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced quality. Dimitri’s expertise spans business strategy, financial management, supply chain optimization, quality and compliance.
Senior Vice President
Jeong Du (JD) Lee
With over 25 years of experience in construction, power plant operations, and project management, JD brings a wealth of expertise to PAMECO as Vice President. His career spans large-scale government, military, and commercial projects across Guam, South Korea, Indonesia, and the United States.
JD has successfully managed the construction and commissioning of multiple power plants, overseeing engineering, procurement, and quality control processes. His leadership in operations and maintenance has optimized plant efficiency, reduced operational losses, and ensured compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
Director of Façade Engineering
Ivy Borabon
Ivy brings over 20 years of experience in façade structural design to PAMECO Hawaii, joining us from JEI Structural Façade Engineering and IBECE Facade Consultants and Engineers.
Her portfolio spans one of the world's most complex and recognizable projects, including the Makkah Royal Clock Tower (4th tallest building in the world) and Al Wasl Tower (tallest ceramic façade in the world), as well as US projects such as Lincoln Middle School and Newton Center for Active Living.
Our Story
PAMECO Hawaii is an independently registered, Hawaii-based company founded in 2024, built on the industry expertise of Guam’s Pacific Metal Works Corporation (PAMECO). While operating as a separate entity, PAMECO Hawaii is a natural extension of the Guam operation.
With a deep understanding of the Pacific region’s unique construction needs, we identified Hawaii as a key location where quality materials and reliable logistics could make a real impact. The decision to establish a presence in the Islands was both strategic and service-driven—aimed at supporting builders across the state with the same dependable products and performance. PAMECO Hawaii officially opened its doors in Honolulu in November 2024 and has been proudly serving the local community.
