Shirley (Park) Pepe
Shirley is a business leader with expertise in human resources, labor law, manufacturing operations, job architecture, and business management. She brings over a decade of experience optimizing operations, streamlining business functions, and improving organizational performance.
Her career includes leadership roles with major organizations such as General Electric, Baker Hughes, and SpaceX, where she developed expertise in workforce management, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
At PAMECO Hawaii, Shirley oversees corporate administration, financial operations, human resources, and organizational development. She drives process efficiency, strengthens financial oversight, manages business compliance, and supports the systems and infrastructure that enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.
President & General Manager
Dimitri Pepe
Dimitri is a results-driven executive with over a decade of experience leading operations, manufacturing, aerospace, and construction organizations. He has developed a strong track record of driving operational excellence, optimizing supply chains, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business growth across complex and highly regulated industries.
Prior to joining PAMECO Hawaii, Dimitri held leadership positions with Boeing, where he led operational and quality improvement initiatives and was selected to participate in Boeing's highly competitive Leadership NeXt (LX) Program. Following his aerospace career, he joined PAMECO Guam and played a key role in reshaping the company's operational landscape by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and strengthening organizational performance.
As President and General Manager of PAMECO Hawaii, Dimitri oversees the company's day-to-day operations, project execution, supplier relationships, and business development efforts. He works closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
Dimitri is responsible for establishing the company's operational direction and implementing processes that support scalability, operational excellence, and long-term success.
Vice President
Jeong Du (JD) Lee
With over 25 years of experience in construction, power plant operations, and project management, JD brings extensive industry expertise to PAMECO Hawaii as Vice President. His career spans large-scale government, military, and commercial projects across Guam, South Korea, Indonesia, and the United States.
Throughout his career, JD has successfully managed the construction and commissioning of multiple power plants, overseeing engineering, procurement, quality control, and operational processes. His leadership has improved plant efficiency, reduced operational losses, and ensured compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
As Vice President of PAMECO Hawaii, JD plays a critical role in managing the company's supplier network and strategic relationships throughout South Korea. He serves as the primary liaison between PAMECO and its manufacturing partners, coordinating communications, facilitating technical collaboration, and ensuring alignment between customer requirements and supplier capabilities. JD is responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified suppliers, supporting quality assurance efforts, and helping ensure the technical accuracy, performance, and reliability of the products delivered to PAMECO's clients.
Director of Façade Engineering
Ivy Borabon
Ivy brings over 20 years of experience in façade structural design and engineering to PAMECO Hawaii. Prior to joining the company, she worked with leading structural façade engineering firms and consultants on some of the world's most recognized projects.
Her portfolio includes landmark developments such as the Makkah Royal Clock Tower, Al Wasl Tower, and major educational and civic facilities. She is also among a select group of façade engineers with hands-on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) expertise.
As Director of Facade Engineering, Ivy leads the company's technical design and engineering efforts, ensuring precision, quality, and innovative solutions across aluminum, steel, and façade systems. She oversees engineering services including structural analysis and calculations, design-assist support, pre-construction planning, and post-construction consulting. Her expertise has expanded PAMECO Hawaii's capabilities, enabling the company to provide specialized engineering services that deliver greater value to architects, contractors, developers, and owners.
Our Story
PAMECO Hawaii is an independently registered, Hawaii-based company founded in 2024, built on the industry expertise of Guam’s Pacific Metal Works Corporation (PAMECO). While operating as a separate entity, PAMECO Hawaii is a natural extension of the Guam operation.
With a deep understanding of the Pacific region’s unique construction needs, we identified Hawaii as a key location where quality materials and reliable logistics could make a real impact. The decision to establish a presence in the Islands was both strategic and service-driven — aimed at supporting builders across the state with the same dependable products and performance. PAMECO Hawaii officially opened its doors in Honolulu in November 2024 and has been proudly serving the local community.
Today, we continue to focus on providing high-quality, customizable aluminum windows, doors, and specialty metal products tailored to each client’s unique needs. Our offerings include a wide range of finishes, colors, and glass specifications to meet the demands of any project.
